  • A floating sound bath combines the healing vibrations of a sound bath with the deep relaxation of water. Participants float while being immersed in soothing sound frequencies from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs and chimes.

  • Reiki is a holistic healing practice that channels life force energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Originating in Japan , Reiki is based on the idea that energy flows through all living beings, and when this energy is balanced, the body can naturally heal itself.

    Distance Reiki is a energy technique that allows a practitioner to send Reiki energy to a recipient, regardless of their physical location. it is based on the principal that energy is not limited by time or space. meaning healing can be transmitted across distances just as effective as in person sessions.

  • A sound bath is a meditative and therapeutic experience where participants are immersed in soothing sound vibrations produced by instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks. These sounds help promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore energetic balance in the body and mind.

    During a sound bath session:

    • Participants usually lie down or sit comfortably.

    • A facilitator plays instruments that create harmonic vibrations.

    • The frequencies work to calm the nervous system, release tension, and enhance mental clarity.

This immersive session combines healing sound frequencies, guided breath work, and collective intention setting to cultivate mindfulness and meaningful collaboration. Ideal for corporate wellness events, leadership retreats or team appreciation days. Personalized sound bath experience designed to restore balance, boost collaboration, and deepen group connection with a team building focus. Session is 30-60 minutes long with up to 20 participants. Includes guided sound bath experience with singing bowls, a gong and other high vibrational instruments. Sink into plush fur runners for extra comfort, stretch out on a premium yoga mat, and melt into relaxation with silky soft blankets and velvety eye masks.

    *We offer the Extended Sound Bath Journey Experience for 60-90 minutes for up to 30 participants
